Turbo Diaphragm Eliminator Z20LET

Frequently the diaphragm (membrane) in the turbocharger breaks, with the result of an air leak inside the charger.

The engine will then start to leak power, due to overspeeding the charger at boost-up, a major damage of the complete charger is a possible result.

Replacing this diaphragm by an OEM replacement ist quite expensive (~ 160,- Euro) and will not last for a long time, since the new membrane will break, too after a short period.

The solution is our Diaphragm Eliminator:
The complete OEM diaphragm unit gets replaced by a CNC machined cap, that permanently closes the internal bypass channel in the charger. This solution is 100% tight for all time - no further service needed.

IMPORTANT:
The Diaphragm Eliminator shall only be used in Combination whith an external Blow-off solution.

You will NOT need to remove the turbocharger for fitting!
