High-Performance Intercooler Speedster Turbo / VXT220

Low intake air temperatures are one of the most important factors for reaching high engine performance and a healthy thermal condition of the machine.
Each Speedster turbo driver knows this effect:
At high outside temperatures the engine suddenly clearly leaks power unlike still a few days before in cool weather environment. This is caused by the very small stock-intercooler of the Speedster Turbo.

This can be avoided now by fitting our High-Performance Intercooler, which was especially designed for the Speedster Turbo.
Our intercooler has more than twice the cooling-volume in comparison with the stock item and represents the maximum fitable cooler size for the Speedster Turbo.
It has a high-performance-net with integrated turbulators for optimal heat dissipation. By clear enlargement and aerodynamically clean interpretation, the in- and outlet nozzles reduce the stagnation pressure of the radiator in relation to the stock-cooler very clearly.
An additional air-release system dismisses the cooling air flowing  toward rear wheel housing, whereby the efficiency of the radiator is clearly increased again.

With a weight of only 2,95 kg, our cooler will also savre you ~ 0,75 kg of cuerb weight (OEM intercooler is ~ 3,7 kg).

Note:
It is not neccessary to remove the rear clamshell for fitting!
