Recirculation-Valve Z20LET / Z20LEH / Z20LEL

New recirculation valve for all Z20LET / Z20LEL / Z20LER / Z20LEH turbochargers.
This valve is a "wear part". The rubber membrane vulcanised onto the control piston tends to tear after a while, especially in higher-performance engines.
Loss of boost pressure is the immediate consequence.

The problem affects all superchargers of the above engines. A design problem in the early valves further exacerbated the problem.

The manufacturer offered a repair kit, but this is no longer available.
The new, reinforced version of the recirculation valve is available from us as a complete kit including spring, cover and screw set.

The diaphragm piston, which is ~ 20% lighter than the standard component, also ensures a more spontaneous response of the valve upon throttle release.
